Hi,

I cannot upgrade subscription.

The system shows SMTP authentication error:

“Failed to authenticate on SMTP server with username ‘apikey’. Expected response code 250 but got empty response.”

Looks like email service is misconfigured and blocks subscription activation.

Please check SMTP / SendGrid configuration.
